Return and Exchange Policy

Sam is not an unreasonable person, maybe passionate and excitable but, reasonable. If you are reasonable with him, he will do his level best to resolve any problems you have with shipping, returns, alterations or sizing. In other words, he wants you to love and wear his jewelry and have a good time exploring his web site.

Given that, here is the return policy and if this doesn’t resolve the problem Sam will work with you.

If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange or store credit for the items returned with in 14 days of receipt as shown by the UPS tracking information.

For items returned before 30 days we will issue store credit, or you may exchange for other Patania jewelry.

All items must be in new condition, unaltered, unworn and ready for sale in the original packaging with the original sales receipt to qualify for the above return conditions.

Patania Jewelry will even pay for the return postage. Please contact Sam at pataniajewelry@gmail.com and we will email you a return UPS label. Print the return label on your printer and attach to the package. To get proof of return you must give the package to a UPS driver or take it to a UPS store who will give you a receipt for the package. Please keep the receipt until your return is resolved. When Patania’s receives the package in good order we will issue the refund, exchange or store credit.

Purchase price will be credited or refunded. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of our pricing but let’s be honest, pricing errors may occur. We will always honor the lower price.

 

 

SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING

  • Patania’s uses UPS for shipping in the US as well as International.

  • The item will be insured for the purchase price through UPS.

  • Over night shipping minimum cost is $60 on up depending on insurance.

  • The shipping applied by our web site does not include shipping to P.O. Boxes.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the package is on its way by UPS.

  • We will ship FedEx with your account number or a flat rate of $100. Please note that FedEx will not insure jewelry, so any FedEx shipment is made at your risk. Patania’s is not accountable for any loss or damage to a package shipped through FedEx.

  • Each shipped item will be charged shipping as determined by our web site.

  •  If you must have a package shipped to a P.O. Box, we will ship flat rate USPS plus insurance and a handling fee of $10. Please contact us if you want it shipped to a P.O. box prior to placing your order.
