We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Repairs will be provided at no cost unless damage is determined to be the result of neglect, misuse, or improper care. If you believe your item needs repair, please contact us to begin the assessment process.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or item exchange, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
Requests made beyond 30 days will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and understanding in all situations.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground or insured USPS Priority Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery.
If you are located in Tucson, Arizona, and would prefer to pick up your order in person or arrange for local hand delivery, please contact us directly — we are happy to accommodate.​

Order Timeframes
To ensure the highest quality and individuality, all collection pieces are made to order. This approach allows for greater customization and ensures the finest selection of turquoise.

Most orders are ready to ship within 5 to 7 business days. In rare instances, production may take up to 6 weeks, depending on stone availability or customization. Should this occur, we will contact you after your order is placed to provide updates on your expected delivery timeline.
