Marco Patania Coral and Morenci Turquoise Cuff

This striking cuff, handmade by Marco Patania, combines Coral set in 18k yellow gold with vivid Morenci turquoise and sterling silver. It’s the first piece by Marco to feature his new surface technique, where he hand-stamps silver, applies a deep patina, and fuses silver flakes to create rich depth, texture, and movement. The result is a bold yet refined design that radiates warmth and artistry.
What makes this cuff especially meaningful is that it marks the first time Marco has used coral from the Patania family’s historic reserve, originally purchased by Frank Patania Sr. in the 1950s in Torre del Greco, Italy, a renowned world-class coral hub, with this rare material and Marco’s modern craftsmanship, the cuff bridges generations of Patania artistry and innovation.
