Vintage Cigarette case

Frank Patania Jr. added the sterling design and a rare vintage piece of Blue Gem turquoise which my grandfather purchased in the 1950’s. 5 ½ by 3 inches with a bar inside to keep the cigarettes in place, classic wonderful style, this box is in like new condition.
